One of the advantages of Islamic law is inclusion and generalization, as it included religious legislation in acts of worship, and secularity in transactions, and the latter in ways of acquiring remuneration and reward, and God willing - Almighty - that it came in a form that guaranteed its validity to man in every time and place, and in full compliance with its requirements, facts and developments. This characteristic was manifested in its spirit and foundation, which is Islamic jurisprudence. From this standpoint, the researcher wanted to study a contemporary issue, about which many questions abounded, and opinions differed about it, which is the impossibility of unclean, toxic or harmful things to other materials that a person uses in his daily life, such as cosmetic and cleaning products, as many of these products are included in the composition of impure materials Or toxic or harmful, then turn to other materials, so the researcher wanted to search for the ruling on the purity of these products resulting from those materials, and the rule of their use; especially as many of the cosmetic and cleaning products in Islamic countries that are not developing, coming from the countries of the infidels, and it is not hidden to anyone Not deterred from The impure things, taboos and dirty things in their articles. The approach used in this research will be a descriptive, inductive and analytical approach (deductive), which is to describe these products, and to extrapolate and follow the sayings of jurists regarding the impossibility of unclean things and their methods, then analyze the opinions of jurists and their evidence in the matter, to reach the rule of purity of these products, and the rule of using them.
