Abstract
This study discusses the guarantees of senior citizens in UAE law and in international law. The problem is that the opportunities of the elderly to lead a decent life to many economic and social causes and transformations. have been wasted and lost due Therefore, the study aimed to: Explain the legal protection of the elderly in international law. Elderly people are protected under international humanitarian law. Discussing of senior citizens in the United Arab Emirates.
