dc.description.abstractPreamble: Psycho-social effect (PE) on addiction control needs spiritual management technology based on Quran and Hadith. Teaching the addicts to be good in their character for individual improvements as well as group performances need quality service for Rumah Insani, Malaysia. Methodology: Quality methodology approach for analyzing the data. The quality of the learning process for them to increase professional training with religious practices for spiritual development. Results: Secular way obtained job satisfaction in temporary although in spiritual way of performance for them in permanent. Findings: They need mental perfectness with spiritual guidance in their work places. They are needed to practice in Islam and as well as some works inside addiction center.en_US
