dc.description.abstract | To ensure the sustainability of Bumiputera companies in the industry, it is undeniable that corporate culture plays a crucial role. Whether this culture originates externally or is cultivated internally, it has been found that a strong corporate culture can elevate an organization's performance. With a robust corporate culture, employees are more likely to understand and adhere to the work culture, which in turn ensures the production of quality and consistent work. The types of corporate culture can be observed through key aspects emphasized by the organization, such as adaptation to the environment, organizational achievements, employee involvement, and practices of consistency. These types of corporate culture can be reflected in Bumiputera companies through cultural dimensions, including communication, training and development, rewards and recognition, and teamwork. Numerous studies indicate that corporate culture within organizations positively impacts both organizational performance and employee commitment. | |
