دراسة تقويمية لواقع استخدام الفصول الافتراضية في برامج التعليم عن بُعد بجامعة المدينة العالمية بماليزيا من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس

This study aims to investigate the perceptions of faculty members towards the reality of using virtual classrooms, its effectiveness and challenges in distance education programs at Al-Madinah International University in Malaysia. In relation to the problem statement, the researchers used the descriptive approach in order to suit the nature of the research and its objectives. The researchers used a questionnaire as the instrument of the study to investigate this reality. The questionnaire consisted of three sections. The first section related to the knowledge of faculty members towards using virtual classrooms, while the second section related to knowing the importance of using it in teaching, and the third section related to knowing the difficulties of use. The sample size consists of (32) faculty members from Faculties of Education, Languages and Islamic Sciences. The statistical analysis process was carried out using the Statistical Package Program (SPSS). The responses of the research sample resulted in the approval of the three aspects of the questionnaire (the use of virtual classes - the importance of using virtual classes - the difficulties of using virtual classrooms) in the distance education programs at the Al-Madinah International University in Malaysia, where the statistic means for responses was (3.96), (3.42), (3,21), respectively. Based on the results of the research, the researchers recommended the need to pay attention to virtual classes and support them with the necessary modern electronic tools. It is also recommended the need to upgrade the level of training on the latest modern technological tools for members of the staff. Furthermore, organizing training courses and specialized workshops, and working to attract technically qualified competencies from staff to engage in distance education programs, and the research also recommended the necessity to participate in one of the distinguished e-learning platforms in providing distance education services.

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام الفصول الافتراضية في برامج التعليم عن بُعد بجامعة المدينة العالمية بماليزيا من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في برامج التعليم عن بعد نحو استخدام الفصول الافتراضية في التعليم، كما هدف أيضاً إلى التعرف على أهمية استخدامها، وتحديد الصعوبات والمعوقات التي تحد من فاعلية استخدامها. وبناء على تحديد مشكلة البحث فإن الباحثين لجأوا إلى استخدام المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملائمة هذا المنهج لطبيعة البحث وأهدافه. كما قام الباحثون بإعداد استبانة؛ لمعرفة هذا الواقع وقد تكونت الاستبانة من ثلاثة محاور يتعلق المحور الأول منها بمعرفة آراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو استخدام الفصول الافتراضية، في حين تعلق المحور الثاني بمعرفة أهمية استخدامها في التدريس، و تعلق المحور الثالث بمعرفة صعوبات الاستخدام. وقد بلغ حجم عينة البحث (32) عضو هيئة تدريس وذلك بكليات: التربية، واللغات، والعلوم الإسلامية. وقد تمت عملية التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS). وقد أسفرت استجابات عينة البحث بالموافقة على محاور الاستبانة الثلاثة (استخدام الفصول الافتراضية – أهمية استخدام الفصول الافتراضية- صعوبات استخدام الفصول الافتراضية)  ببرامج التعليم عن بُعد بجامعة المدينة العالمية بماليزيا حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3,96)، (3,42)، (3,21) على الترتيب. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث فقد أوصى البحث بضرورة  الاهتمام بالفصول الافتراضية ودعمها بالأدوات الالكترونية الحديثة اللازمة، كما أوصى أيضًا بضرورة الارتقاء بمستوى التدريب علىى أحدث الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة لأعضاء هيئة التدريبس وذلك من خلال تنظيم الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل المتخصصة، والعمل على جذب الكفاءات المؤهلة تقنيًا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس للانخراط في برامج التعليم عن بُعد، كما أوصى البحث أيضًا بضرورة الإشتراك في أحد منصات التعليم الإلكتروني المتميزة في تقديم خدمات التعليم عن بُعد.
