أخلاقيات التواصل من خلال الأحاديث النبوية في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي: دراسة تحليلية

<jats:p>The world is currently undergoing a rapid phase of digitalization, making artificial intelligence technologies a central part of various aspects of daily life. In this context, communication emerges as a key tool for building relationships and exchanging knowledge. This research explores how the ethics of Prophetic communication can be applied in the age of artificial intelligence, serving as a moral and conceptual framework for addressing the challenges and utilizing the opportunities brought about by this era.The research problem lies in how to preserve human and moral values amidst the digital explosion and the increasing reliance on intelligent systems. The study aims to: extract the ethics of communication from the Prophetic Hadith, identify the main challenges facing the application of these ethics in the age of artificial intelligence, and explore the opportunities offered by modern technologies to promote this form of ethical communication. The study adopts an inductive descriptive approach by analyzing selected Prophetic traditions related to communication ethics. The findings reveal that Prophetic communication embodies profound human and moral values that can enhance the quality of interaction in the digital environment. The results also emphasize the importance of raising awareness about integrating Prophetic values into modern technological applications to achieve more effective and sustainable communication.

يمر العالم في الوقت الراهن بمرحلة رقمنة متسارعة، حيث أصبحت تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي جزءًا محوريًا من مختلف جوانب الحياة اليومية. وفي هذا السياق، يبرز التواصل بوصفه أداة محورية لبناء العلاقات وتبادل المعرفة. يستند هذا البحث إلى دراسة سبل توظيف أخلاقيات التواصل النبوي في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي، بوصفها إطارًا مرجعيًا للتعامل مع التحديات واستثمار الفرص التي يفرضها هذا العصر. وتتمثل مشكلة البحث في كيفية الحفاظ على القيم الإنسانية والأخلاقية في ظل الانفجار الرقمي والاعتماد المتزايد على الأنظمة الذكية. تهدف الدراسة إلى: استخراج أخلاقيات التواصل من خلال الحديث النبوي، وتحديد أبرز التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق هذه الأخلاقيات في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي، واستكشاف الفرص التي تتيحها التقنيات الحديثة لتعزيز هذا النمط من التواصل. تعتمد الدراسة المنهج الاستنباطي الوصفي، من خلال تحليل نماذج مختارة من الأحاديث النبوية المتعلقة بأخلاقيات التواصل. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن التواصل النبوي يمثل قيمة إنسانية وأخلاقية عالية يمكن أن تسهم في تحسين جودة التفاعل في البيئة الرقمية، وإلى أهمية تعزيز الوعي بكيفية دمج القيم النبوية في تطبيقات التكنولوجيا الحديثة بما يسهم في تحقيق تواصل أكثر فعالية واستدامة.
