The techniques used a systematic review of papers published between 2000 and 2022. This research analyses terminology about the business resilience of SMEs and offers a novel conceptual framework. Based on the review results, identify the differentiating characteristics of resilience and suggest extending the theoretical foundations of future resilience research.
