Abstract
The study aims to examine variables of educational arrangement such resilience, pedagogies, informed vision to be predictors of human capital development. This quantitative comparative study conducted on a sample size 1360 participants anticipated, the research is willing to establish a theoretical frame eligible to be implemented and concerned by the universities in both countries. Concluding, there is a significant impact of pedagogy and informed vision on human capital, and insignificant resilience on human capital development in Malaysian universities, then a significant effect of pedagogies and insignificant effect of informed vision and resilience on human capital development in Jordanian universities.
