The aim of this study is to clarify the nature of modern means and their role in criminal evidence, and to show the extent of their ability to detect crimes that are difficult to detect by traditional means, but the problem of this study is the extent to which the legitimacy of modern means of proof can be recognized, especially in cases where their use by the competent authorities violates the privacy of individuals and their rights protected by solid legislative texts.
