This research revolves around the study of the traditions of the prophet (pbuh) that relate to health in characteristics of instinct, and clear detection of its features from the scientific facts, and therefore, the researcher defines the characteristics of instinct, then extract specific traditions from both Prophetic practices books that relate to qualities of instinct, and then analyzed those prophetic traditions by mentioning their legal provisions in terms of soundness or weakness. Hence, relying on compilations of al-Jihabadhah; one of the major scholars in this aspect. He also studied medical issues derived from these prophetic traditions in the light of the characteristics of instinct, and supported it with statement of contemporary doctors and what can be done to cases with supported evidences from facts or proves from scientific experiment, taking into account non-violation of the law. The researcher has arrived at important results, among which includes that the Prophet (pbuh) attended to every aspect of human life, including the health, as reported in prophetic traditions that has pleasant medical indications which if taken to by people would have hadsignificant impact onprevention of many diseases, and healing of others, and these preventive medical information issued by the Prophet (pbuh)has been confirmed by modern medicine, and this is a clear indication of the sincerity of the prophecy of unlettered Prophet Muhammad bin 'Abdullah (pbuh), and finally, the researcher recommended for the Muslim doctors the need to know the prophetic medicine, because there are a lot of diseases and their medications which are explained by the Prophet (pbuh), and are yet discovered in the contemporary modern medicine.
