dc.description.abstractThis quantitative study aimed at discussing the reality of Arabic language teachers training, and how to develop them in the Comoros. The problem is that the Arabic language teachers in the Comoros does not receive sufficient qualitative training, which enables them to develop their teaching skills and abilities to achieve the educational objectives. Therefore, the study aims to identify the reality of teachers training and discuss the main problems of teacher training. To achieve these objectives, a descriptive and analytical approach was used. The study population consisted of (011) male and female teachers at the primary schools. The researcher chose a random sample consisting of (01) male and female teachers. A questionnaire was prepared consisting of two axes: the reality of training and the second training problems, has been applied after ensuring the stability. The main findings of the study: The reality of the training of Arabic language teachers at the primary level in the Comoros was very low, and the overall rate of teacher training problems is very high.en_US
