Abstract
This study deals with the rule of prayer after dawn and noon (Asr).It is a jurisprudence , principled , analytical , comparative study that makes the Muslim aware of the lawful rule based on : whether it is lawful or unlawful or lawful in certain circumstances and unlawful in others because knowing lawful and unlawful is necessary for the Muslim in order to make his prayer perfect and accepted by God.
