dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to design and develop a comprehensive and practical online model for talaqqī Quran teaching. The goal is to help teachers run online classes smoothly while maintaining the quality of Quran teaching. This is since some teachers lack the necessary skills to effectively manage online Quran classes. This study was conducted using the Design and Development Research method proposed by Richey and Klein, involving three phases; (i) need analysis, (ii) design and development, and (iii) evaluation of model usability. The need analysis phase was conducted through interviews with three (3) online Quran teachers. The results of this phase successfully uncovered the problems faced in online Quran teaching, thus highlighting the need to develop an Online Talaqqī Quran Teaching (OTQT) Model. Meanwhile, the design and development phase were carried out through document analysis and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method. Through this method, a prototype of the OTQT Model was developed, comprising three main elements; (i) teacher characteristics, (ii) teaching methods, and (iii) teaching technology, which were then assembled into a questionnaire. Next, the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) was used to obtain agreement from nine (9) experts on the model. The results of this phase show that the experts agree with all three elements in the OTQT Model by achieving an expert consensus of over 75%. The last phase, the evaluation of OTQT Model was carried out using the Nominal Technique Group (NGT) to evaluate the OTQT Model with nine (9) respondents among lecturers and teachers who teach Quran online. The results indicate that all respondents agreed on the three main elements and all items with an evaluation score exceeding 70%. The OTQT model successfully developed through this study can serve as a valuable guideline for Quran teachers who wish to implement online talaqqī Quran teaching. | |
