Analisis Pandangan Fuqaha Terhadap Isu Tadhakhul Dalam Ibadah Solat

al-Tadakhul means the combination of two elements from the same type, with the insertion of one element into another, which is more dominant. It is one of the concession given by Allah in Islamic law. This article tends to discuss on the concept of al- Tadakhul in Islamic legal studies and its application in solah. This discussion will observe the principle of al- tadakhul in intention (niat) of worship and the issues of al- tadakhul in solah. To archive that stated objectives this study will analyze fuqaha's point of views on this issues and their arguments and propositions.
