Abstract
This research tries to explore the content of andragogy in surah Al-Baqarah verses 67-74 according to Tafsir al-Azhar and its relevance to today's adult education. The research data were collected using documentation technique, and analyzed using content analysis using the theory and character of andragogy according to Malcolm.S. Knowles, namely self-concept, experience, learning orientation, learning readiness, motivation, and knowledge needs. The results of the research on the interpretation of al-Baqarah 67-74 show that Musa had a positive self-concept, in the form of his awareness as a servant of Allah, acknowledging Allah's knowledge, being patient, forgiving, thinking about the safety of his people, communicating impersonally, respecting his people. As for the self-concept of the Musa people, it was negative, with an attitude of not acknowledging God's power, demeaning God's messenger, arrogant, too rational, and hard-hearted. Learning motivation that is instilled is motivation as a servant of God who is obedient and fears his God, not just fulfilling Maslow's version of the hierarchy of needs. Unlike the theory of andragogy, the learning orientation in this verse cannot be separated from human awareness of the importance of seeking knowledge as part of carrying out God's commands. The integration of cyber technology, both physical and non-physical in learning, requires the application of Quranic andragogy theory, which is built on a foundation of faith and noble character, with interactive, communicative, mutual respect and openness methods. Quranic andragogy will position humans as obedient servants of Allah and caliphs who are able to live a good life and receive Allah's mercy and forgiveness.
