The issue of combating illegal speculation is among the topics of great interest at the national and international levels, and for this reason the Algerian legislator intervened to enact a special law on the prevention and combating of illegal speculation, which had a major role in confronting the various forms of illegal speculation crimes that occur against money and negatively affect the stability and regularity of the market, the confidence of dealers, and even the economy of the State as a whole. In addition to affecting the interest of the consumer, as this study aims to clarify the most important emerging mechanisms brought by Law 21-15 on combating illegal speculation, by defining and determining their forms on the one hand, On the other hand, this study seeks to reveal the mechanisms adopted by the Algerian legislator to confront this rampant phenomenon in Algeria, which are divided into legal mechanisms adopted by the Algerian legislator under the law on combating illegal speculation provided for in Law 21-15, as well as procedural mechanisms whose content is stipulated in the laws on Algerian legislation, as these mechanisms aim in their entirety to suppress crimes related to illegal strike
