منهج الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون في مكافحة الفساد الإداري

The current study aimed to identify the approach of Islamic law in combating administrative corruption since the establishment of the Islamic religion at the hands of our Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and until now, this study has relied on the critical inductive approach so that we relied on reading the sources and references available accurate and adopted by the scholars of the Islamic Ummah, analyzing it and recounting the efforts made by the Holy Prophet, peace be upon him, and the adult caliphs after him, may Allah be pleased with them, and the Muslim caliphs after them . Given the positive law, the countries of the world are almost meeting on the idea of the importance of combating administrative corruption because we see the destruction of most countries of the world because of the prevalence of administrative corruption in them, and find this clear in the actions taken by most countries of the world to combat administrative corruption.
