Pemahaman Pelaksanaan Kontrak Al-Bai’ Bithaman Ajil (BBA) Dalam Instrumen Perbankan Islam Di Negara Brunei Darussalam

The study was conducted to understand the implementation of al-Bai 'Bithaman Ajil (BBA) contract in offering Islamic financial financing instruments in Brunei Darussalam. This study uses a qualitative study design. The study data was obtained through a semiVolume: 2 Issue: 6 [December, 2017] pp.129-141] Journal of Islamic, Social, Economics and Development eISSN: 0128-1755 Journal website: www.jised.com m 130 structured interview technique on 10 respondents comprising top management serving the Brunei Islamic Trust Fund (TAIB). Generally, the findings show that respondents have a good knowledge base on the concepts and controversial issues related to the BBA contract.
