Abstract
This study discusses the role of administrative supervision weaken
when they do not have the administrative supervisor same conviction
as conducted operations management oversight , and therefore if we
want to develop the administrative supervision we first search in
controls nominations of applicants for the administrative supervision
of those who believe in the importance of change , and have the
elements of the administrative leader who has the willingness
to change , Secondly, should find a tool Note uniform when all
supervisors administrators , even at the district level educational
one , even by which to measure the performance of the field of
education through a common mechanism for the results of an honest
and clear when both applied by supervisors administrators so they
can benefit from the results , and thirdly it must be utilized within
all sections of the development of school performance nationwide
educational observations collected on workers in the field at the
end of each semester , in order to provide feedback utilized in the knowledge of the difficulties faced by schools and managers of
schools and their assistants, and knowledge of factors successes
spotted such experiments educational executed teaching experiences
and innovative projects, and in the light of which is drawing up
plans and training programs in accordance with the requirement of
the field, and the classification of competencies administrators, and
take decisions for the benefit of the field in the light of the fact,
and utilized in the presentation of the directives reflect the needs of
the educational field and staff, and meet the need of knowledge and
professionalism. It also must be re-examined in the costs and tasks administrative
supervisor that overwhelmed and graduating from the heart of his
work in coaching and training, and to avoid assigning administrative
supervisor to engage in issues of administrators and discussed the
investigation, leaving the task to supervisors professionals followup, so as not to spoil its relations with those who are in the field and get it out of the path of its original mission in training and development, and to avoid burdening his shoulders a large quorum of schools supervised by so that he can deliver what it is to be hoped.
