Abstract
E-Muhadathah is an Android-based digital kit designed to enhance Arabic communication and speaking skills among secondary and university students. By incorporating technology, it transforms passive learning methods into a dynamic, interactive experience. Addressing challenges such as language anxiety, incorrect dialogue usage, and lack of motivation, E-Muhadathah was developed using the ADDIE Model. The development process involved conducting a needs analysis through surveys with 203 students and creating 10 multi-context dialogue simulations featuring native Arabic speakers, utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. During the evaluation phase, questionnaires were administered to 13 experts using the Fuzzy Delphi technique, and pre- and post-tests were conducted with 34 students of non-Arabic speakers. The results indicated that multimedia elements are crucial for enhancing students' willingness to communicate (WTC) in Arabic, with an average mean score of 4.49 and a standard deviation of 0.577 (M = 4.49, SD = 0.577). The expert panel's assessment confirmed that 13 items achieved consensus, with expert agreement ranging from 77% to 100%, a threshold value (d) below 0.2, and a Fuzzy score (A) above 0.5. A t-test analysis demonstrated a significant improvement in WTC scores in the treatment group compared to the control group (p-value = 0.000). This indicates that the E-Muhadathah digital kit effectively enhances Arabic communication skills, providing Arabic language teachers and lecturers with valuable, interactive teaching aid that support a student-centered learning environment
