This writing is to discuss the salary and wages according to Islamic perspective. The administration practice on salary and wages had been said in the Al-Quran and firmly explained in hadis which had been practiced widely in Islamic administration. This research is to look on how important the salary for the labors to the upper level officers and ways to determine the salary and wages. A part of the aspect related to salary rate payment, it also touch on the minimum, maximum and actual wages. The discussion on is make a comparison between the salary and wages payment, between Islamic perspective with the society and western way of life.
