دلالة السياق عند الألوسي وابن عاشور دراسة مقارنة في آيات الأحكام: سورة البقرة نموذجاً

Interpreters differed in understanding the Qur’anic text, and their opinions differed in clarifying what God Almighty wanted in some places of the Holy Qur’an, and their ways of weighting the verses differed, and one of the most important reasons for weighting among some scholars was the use of the Qur’anic context in interpretation. The study aims to highlight the importance of the Qur’anic context and its impact on weighting, and to demonstrate the frequent use of the context by Imam Ibn Ashour during his interpretation of the verses of rulings. The researcher used Surat Al-Baqarah as a model on this issue through the interpretations of Al-Alusi and Ibn Ashour, due to its great status and the large number of its rulings. The researcher followed the inductive approach in extracting the places of the Qur’anic context from the book “Ruh al-Ma’ani” by Al-Alusi and “Tahrir wa Al-Tanweer” by Ibn Ashour. The researcher reached several results, the most important of which are: that Imam Ibn Ashour uses the context indication more than Imam Al-Alusi, while declaring it during his interpretation of the verses of rulings, and making it supportive and weighting for his saying, with their agreement in the same meaning.
