الطب النبوي بين الوحي والاجتهاد: دراسة مقارنة

"This paper deals with the issue of identifying al- ṭibb al-nabawīy (prophetic medicine) from
different source; ilāhī (divine) or ‘ijtihādī (juristic reasoning), while aims to scrutinize the
most assured approach in identifying it. The importance of this study is evident by the
difference of opinion among scholars, every now and then, in their discourse of this issue
comprehensive with multiple evidence from every aspect. The study is started by outlining
the fundamental points of the divine revelation (al-waḥyu) and juristic reasoning (al-‘ijtihād)
in order to define them accordingly. The researcher then analyses views of scholars in this
case together with the evidence put forward by them before clarifying the implications of
choosing each of the aforementioned view. Finally, the researcher determining the al-ra’yu
al-rājiḥ (preponderant opinion) among them together with the reasons for the al-tarjīḥ. The
paper concludes that it is necessary to distinguish between the hadiths on the prophetic
medicine that came from the divine revelation and those from the juristic reasoning of the
Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم, so as they will be dealt accordingly."
