This study is focused on the aspects of property management and its theory put by the Fadhilatus Syeikh Izzuddin bin Abdussalam due to the fact that both management systems are essential in obtaining the pleasure of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala in the continuation in the lives of generations of people in the world and in the hereafter. Among the difficulties encountered during the study was a misunderstanding about the scope of study which looked at first in the direction of the economy, while it is more from the Maqasid point of view affecting the property and management which concern the basics issues that's shapes the theory of wealth and its management. Due to that, refrence involves the legal and constitutional provisions and in besides the basis maqasid theory put forward by past scholars. This study is trying to see the reality of it from the perspective of Maqasid as Syariah because it is often touted as the foundation of law in Malaysia, and also to study and analyze the relevancy in continuity of theories issued by prominent Islamic scholars of the past . The previous studies that matters the theory put forward by Fadhilatus Syeikh Izzuddin Abdussalam had not meet the principal responsibilities of the title and its goals of this study, which made its a challenge in exploring new disciplines for researcher. Though this research has centered on theoretical and comparative in wealth management, but in fact its findings also reflects the reality of Malaysia in terms of legislative provisions and community.
