Kedudukan Taklif Dalam Perlaksanaan Ibadat Bagi Oku Masalah Pembelajaran, Pelbagai Dan Mental

Every human deed and action are bound by the rules of Allah SWT which are detailed through the law of hakam taklif. A person is placed in the duty of carrying out Allah’s commands and abandoning His prohibitions based on the conditions of taklif that have been set. However, some are exempted from the provision of taklif due to mental disability and the like. Therefore, this study discusses the extent of the practice of the law of taklif worship on people with disabilities in the category of learning, multiple and mental problems. This study will specify among the people with disabilities who are still bound by the concept of taklif syarie or dropped from this responsibility
