Abstract

The method used to achieve these goals will be the inductive and analytical method, which consists of extrapolating the legal texts related to the subject, From this study, the researcher reached many results, the most important of which are: that the researchers have categorically proven the effect of cartoons on the child in the first years of life in the rest of a person’s life. Therefore, parents and educators must sense the threat posed to their children in order to respond gently and firmly at the same time While watching or playing. The benefits that come from animation are numerous, starting from the realization of thought, sharpening the memory, passing through the learning of motor skills and focus, to the development of artistic taste and the development of language in the viewer, so that the cartoon goes beyond being an element of fun and entertainment, to the level of achieving directive, educational and educational purposes.
