Abstract
The motivation for conducting this study was the researcher's feeling of the research problem when the strike organized by the Teachers' Syndicate occurred on the fifth of September 2019 AD, followed by the demonstrations carried out by teachers in the country, one of the most prominent demands of which was to improve the conditions of the teacher, foremost of which is the economic conditions, which generated the feeling that the Jordanian teacher's economic situation is unsatisfactory and requires research and study, so this study aims to shed light on a method of financing The Islamic loan, which is the good loan not as a financial tool in an institution, but as an institution in its own right (the Qard Hassan Fund), and the impact of this fund on the economic needs of teachers if it is available to them, so the question that represents the problem is what is the expected impact of the establishment of the Hassan Loan Fund for teachers in Jordan on their economic needs? Therefore, this study explained the meaning of the good loan and its theory, and this study invented new sources and banks to finance and disburse it, so that this whole thing returns to teachers to solve their economic problems, and the study mentioned controls for the fund's sources, banks and management, and then also mentioned the economic problems that Teachers in Jordan suffer from it and ways to solve it through the Fund, and the study mentioned previous studies that preceded it and talked about the subject of the study and found it in two parts: the first is related to the independent variable, which is the good loan as a fund, and the second section of previous studies, which is related to the dependent variable, which is the teachers' economic problems, and the study followed three research methods to reach the achievement of the objectives of the study, namely the deductive, inductive and descriptive analytical approach in its quantitative method (questionnaire), where the study community was teachers in the government sector In the capital of Jordan (Amman), and their number is 21,665 teachers, and the questionnaire was distributed to the study sample of 377 teachers, and one of the most prominent results of the study that it found was the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, where the results of the statistical test of the independent variables combined (savings, good loan savings system, cash endowment) and their impact on meeting the economic needs of teachers, that there is a positive positive relationship between them, and one of the most important recommendations of the study was to work on the application of the study not only in The capital Amman but in all the governorates of the Kingdom To spread the benefit to all teachers in the country.
