Sources Of Enhancing Self-efficacy: A Comparision Between Western And Islamic Perspective

Self- efficacy played a pivotal role towards on how one approaches goals,
tasks, and challenges. Studies have shown that self-efficacy contributed to
well-being, job satisfaction and individual development. However there are
less studies that analyze the comparison between sources of enhancing selfefficacy from both western and Islamic perspective. Precisely, this paper will
analyze the comparison of sources of enhancing self-efficacy from both
perspectives. Qualitative method will be used for this study. Previous articles
will be analyzed for this study. The outcome of this study will identify the
similarities and the differences between these two perspectives. This study is
significant for the researchers to develop a new comprehensive model that
integrate the western and Islamic model of enhancing self-efficacy.
