This paper presents a research on the motivation factors of quantity surveyors in different types of organisations. Seventy one questionnaires were received and analysed statistically using Kruskal-Wallis. The results suggest that the motivation factors of quantity surveyors in the construction industry do not differ based on the different types of organisations.
