Abstract
This study was launched from the main goal as this study request to achieve the following main goal, which is the analysis and evaluation of the impact of human resources training on improving the quality of health services understudy, The research relied on the descriptive analytical method, using the questionnaire form, which was specially prepared as a tool for collecting the data and the opinions of the subjects studied. The questionnaire was distributed to @A members of the study community. The study data were analyzed and hypothesized by applying some descriptiveand applied statistical analysis tools, Test Correlation Matrix, Chronbach’s Alpha Coefficient, Torsion, and Kurtosis Test, and Exploratory Factor Analysis, all were employed through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS)., the study showed a moderate positive relationship between the role of human resources training and improving the quality of health services, which confirms that individual human resource management cannot achieve the aspirations and the desired goals and reach the required level of performance in the absence of effective measures of high quality.
