Various kinds of disasters have exposed vulnerable people to multiple risks and hazards, depending on the factors. This article seeks to analyse violations of the rights of vulnerable people survivors of disasters. Through qualitative research, this study adopts descriptive methodology to explain the situation of vulnerable population affected by disaster and their rights under the law.
