This responsibility often requires adjustments in the children's lifestyle to accommodate the needs of their elders. We are to instill a sense of duty and affection towards the elderly and to raise awareness in the community about the significance of parental care, particularly from an Islamic perspective. Hence, this study aims to discusses the elderly care from Islamic perspectives, also the relationship Muslim community with elderly, and the legal right of elderly in Islam. The intersection of community values and legal rights plays a crucial role in ensuring proper care for the elderly. Communities serve as the backbone of support, fostering environments where older individuals feel valued, respected, and included. This involves not only familial care but also broader societal structures that prioritize the well-being of elderly members. Legal frameworks serve to formalize and protect the rights of the elderly, ensuring access to essential services, healthcare, and protections against abuse or neglect. By enshrining these rights into law, societies acknowledge the inherent dignity and worth of older individuals, affirming their entitlement to care and support.
