Millions of children worldwide struggle to support themselves or their families, often engaging in hazardous occupations like armed forces, drug trafficking, and sexual exploitation. These activities violate children's rights to kindness, care, health, and education. This paper analysis a legal and syariah perspective that may offer to further protect children from labor and what are the factor and the effect if the child labor happens. It examines the law related to combating child labour and its impact on children's psychosocial development. The analysis aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal and syariah perspectives in combating child labour. The phenomenon of child labour demands a multifaceted response that respects both legal frameworks and Shariah principles.
