The writers regarded the non-literal language or figurative language as scope of study. The researchers choose three teachers (as the chiefs of this boarding school). The writers design this research as descriptive qualitative study. Recording monolog and unstructures interview are considered as collecting data technique. Based on the finding and analysis, the researchers find two finding, as kinds of non-literal language in this teaching activities; metaphor and simile.
