The study findings revealed: there is a significant correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable; It explains 49.8% of the dependent variable. The introduction and employment of modern technology was the most influential on the dependent variable. There is a positive significant correlation between the mediating variable and the dependent variable; It explains 44.5% of the dependent variable. There is a significant correlation between the independent variable and the mediating variable.
