The study adopts a quantitative research approach where data is collected using a self-administered survey questionnaire distributed among faculty staff of the Aden University in Yemen. A total of 296 usable responses were received. Data was analysis by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modelling (SEM). The finding reveal a positive relationship between training and development, and organisational commitment.
