This study was a case study using quantitative method involved 100 students from Faculty of Leadership and Management, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia who had a smoking habit. The technique of volunteer was used to gain participate from the samples. This study used descriptive and inferential of analysed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0 to gain descriptive statistics, t-test and Pearson Corelation. Research findings showed that there was no significant difference in the score between tobacco use and tobacco type= t (3.98) = p = 0.28. The results showed that the used of tobacco difference in the type of tobacco. Although, there was a significant difference in the score between mental health and tobacco type = t (2.38) p = 0.009.
