The global progression of electronic commerce shows that people are becoming dependent on the Internet for communications and services. The purpose of this research is to evaluate Mydin’s websites. By having a website, it offers Mydin an alternative to disseminate information not only on its company, but also on other promotion, contests, events, corporate social responsibilities activities and other information which is deemed appropriate for it existing and potential customers.
