This can be seen in cases of divorce, domestic violence and child abuse in Malaysia which recorded an extraordinary increase in 2020. The National Population and Family Development Board (LPPKN) has reported that the Malaysian Family Well-Being Index in 2019 remains at a moderate level which is 7.72. There are various aspects that need to be explored in the management of family conflict in order to achieve familywell-being in line with the goals of the Malaysian family concept. Therefore, this article was done to explore the challenges and management of the family crisis based on the concept of the Malaysian family to achieve well-being. This research method is based on a qualitative study using the design of a concept paper with the use of concept analysis techniques. The findings of the study found that there are three main concepts in the Malaysian family, namely inclusion, togetherness and gratitude that can be applied in a family to overcome and prevent conflicts that occur. The well-being of the family is very important in achieving the well-being of each of its members in realizing the process of national development.
