It explains that the Arabic language is a key to understand and analyse Islamic legal sources. The article adopted both analytical and descriptive methods. The research discusses the importance of the Arabic language and its role in understanding the Islamic jurisprudence, the issuance of fatwas and the legitimate guidance of the Syariah.
