In this regard,this article aims to discuss the challenges of online KAFA learning management duringthe Covid-19 pandemic phase. This study is qualitative. The data was collected based on the interviews of 2 respondents from KafaIntegrationNahdhahAl Islam. Data analysis, on the other hand, is carried out by narrativeanalysisusingthe coding method. The results of this study show that there hasbeen a change in the implementation ofKAFA'sonlinelearningmanagementduring the Covid-19 Pandemic phase. Thechallenges includeinfrastructure, technological skills, finance as well as time and taskload.
