This study aims to see the level of religious knowledge and the level of religious appreciation and the relationship between the level of religious knowledge and the level of religious appreciation and the willingness to change among drug users at PUSPEN Sg Besi, Kuala Lumpur. This study involved 140 samples involving clients at PUSPEN Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur as respondents using a simple random sampling method. The Religious Knowledge Level Questionnaire (RKLQ) and the Religious Appreciation Level Questionnaire (RALQ) use Ab Halim's questionnaire instrument. The Level of Readiness to Change Questionnaire (LRCQ) taken from Carlos C. DiClemente is the University of Rhode Island Assessment Scale (URICA) used in this study and analyzed using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that the level of religious knowledge reached a high level of 92.9%., The level of religious appreciation is high which is 76.4% and the level of willingness to change also shows a high level which is 62.1%. The inference analysis of both results shows that there is no relationship and is not significant between the level of religious knowledge and the level of willingness to change (r=.132, n=140, p>.05). while the level of religious appreciation with the level of willingness to change which is (r= .007, n= 140, p > .05) also shows no relationship and is not significant.
