This study is about some aspects of the special care of the Prophet with regards to people with special needs, it will attempt to highlight the behavior of the Prophet (peace of Allah be upon him) how he treated them with his kindness affection and care of their conditions and wellbeing, honored and comforted them, considering their instincts. The research followed the analytical descriptive method in the reading and understanding the Prophetic Hadith and other sources, the words of scholars.
