Its main objective is to examine and choose a better system that could be applied in ruling a country. To achieve the above objectivs, the study review some major writings in the field. This comparative study focuses on several issues namely state, the head of state, sovereignty, law the role of the citizen, election and electoral system, parliament and majlis syura.
