A balanced diet is important for every individual. From a balanced diet, individuals can make themselves healthy and free from any diseases and improve their physical and mental state. PERMATA Insan College (KPI) students are expected to take a balanced diet in order to keep themselves healthy. However, some students refuse to take meals that had been prepared by the dining hall management. This study focuses on identifying the reasons why KPI students skip meals. 412 KPI students are chosen as respondents for this research. The instrument used in this study was interview and questionnaire form. The expected result showed that the most prominent factors affecting students’ eating habits are bad time management and unappetizing food. The contribution of this research are standard guidelines as a reference for other schools when constructing a meal plan for their school. This guideline may improve other school dining hall management efficiency and maintain the frequency rate of eating of the students.en-USbalanced diet, eating habitFactors Influencing the Eating Frequency Rate of PERMATA Insan College StudentsArticle220223
