This is because learning in class will run effectively and can achieve learning targets according to process standards set by the government. However, based on observations, high school teachers at Maarif NU LP in Kendal Regency show that they have not yet shown the ideal teacher profile. Therefore, this study will examine more deeply the description of individual characteristics, job characteristics, organizational climate, motivation, and performance of high school teachers at the Ma'arif NU Education Institute, Kendal Regency. The results showed that the individual characteristics of high school teachers at the Ma'arif NU Education Institute in Kendal Regency gave a high response to interest. This is understandable because teachers think they will be able to work well in a workplace that has a pleasant atmosphere, facilities are provided to support work and teachers are proud of the attributes of the institution (alma mater). As for the organizational climate, the identity indicator has the highest response followed by warmth, conflict, responsibility and the lowest support.
