Obligation helps to avoid us from evil or taken wrong action such as marriage without permission , Internet , tat tou ,and others . These bad impressions reflect the immorality in our Islamic society. As the result, new problems crop up such as a divorce through SMS, Internet , and may be some other inmoral action . The writer is deeply emphasizes on the custom and tradition on the Muslim society generally , most likely to the Arab they should positive example to marriage and divorce so as means to build up the strength of the Muslim society .
