The low vapour, less volatile, and wide liquid range features of DESs prompted us to investigate their use in heat transfer, particularly as a base solvent for nanofluids. In this review paper, the method for preparation and stability of deep eutectic solvent based nanofluid have been presented. This paper also highlights the DES preparation method, which includes the characteristics of the materials used and advantages.
