The study population consists of (561) academic staff in the faculties of Applied Sciences in the governorates of: Nizwa, Sohar, Salalah, Tire, Ibri and Al Rustaq in the Sultanate of Oman. A random sample of (366) academics was selected. The researcher designed a questionnaire, which was adopted by many studies, and was arbitrated by five scholars, then conducted an exploratory study on a sample of (40) to test the validity and the extent of the sample's understanding of its contents and understanding of its paragraphs. The stability of "Kronbach Alpha" was (89).
