Nevertheless, there is still a questionable and researchable issue in regards to it.Therefore, the writer in this research will acknowledge in details on such issue by highlighting certain grounds and conditions that shall be complied to cope the issue and clarifying certain types of devotion and worship to enable the same. There are 3 types of methodology used by the writer encompassing the descriptive; general definition and description, inductive; to scrutinize the temporary fiqh scholars views with their respective written references and lastly deductive method; to compare and contrast the scholars views in order to conclude findings. This research is conducted purposely to describe in particular the understanding related to the issue as well as to produce a binding legal ruling based on the opinions of both former and later Islamic scholars, with some required conditions to render it permissible.
